- Delivery takes approximately 7–10 days.
- Customers will bear the shipping charges for exchange pickups and re-delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange
We currently offer exchanges only, not returns.
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
The item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached
- Undamaged and in resellable condition
Exchange Conditions
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your desired size/item is out of stock, we’ll offer:
- A credit note for the same value, or
- The option to wait until the item is restocked.
We do not offer exchanges for size or fitting issues. We recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order to ensure you get the perfect fit.
